Two reigning division champions collide in Week 3 of the 2024 NFL season when the AFC North's Baltimore Ravens visit the NFC East's Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Baltimore is off to its first 0-2 start since 2015 (the only season in team history to feature an 0-3 start) after squandering a 10-point lead with less than 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter of last weekend's 26-23 home setback against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Dallas (1-1) had an even worse time in Week 2 as it was demolished by the New Orleans Saints 44-19 at home. The defeat ended the Cowboys' 16-game regular-season home winning streak and marked the first time since the AFL-NFL merger a team has allowed at least 44 points in back-to-back contests in its own building. The club was trounced at AT&T Stadium 48-32 by the Green Bay Packers during last year's wild-card round.

Baltimore and Dallas are meeting for the seventh time, with the Ravens winning five of the first six matchups. The clubs last squared off in Week 13 of the 2020 season, when Lamar Jackson threw for two touchdowns and ran for another in a 34-17 home victory. 

The Cowboys posted a 27-17 triumph when they last hosted the Ravens in Week 11 of the 2016 campaign. Dak Prescott had one of the best performances of his rookie season in that contest, completing 27 of his 36 pass attempts for 301 yards and three touchdowns.
